DREAM Challenge (Sage Bionetworks)




Among many researchers from all over the world, we have won the second prize at the Disease Module Identification DREAM Challenge 2016 with our study about Disease Module Identification by Adjusting Resolution in Community Detection Algorithms (click here), to identify communities of proteins related to human diseases.
The work has been presented at the Ninth Annual RECOMB/ISCB Conference on Regulatory and Systems Genomics. Phoenix, USA. Nov 2016.
